What are the costs of repatriation from Poland to Germany?

If a death occurs in Poland, we are able to cooperate with our local partners to repatriate the deceased to Germany. This is often associated with very high costs, so it always makes sense to take out travel health insurance.

The total costs are made up of the costs of the funeral director in Poland, any outstanding treatment costs from the hospital in Poland, and our services to the desired airport or cemetery.

The costs here are roughly between 1500 ? and can go up to a high 5-digit range if there are still outstanding treatment costs from the clinic.
