What documents are required for the repatriation of the deceased to England?
The following documents are required for the repatriation of the body to England

ID of the deceased and the e identity card

Data (name and telephone number) of the recipient in England, or the data of the accompanying person
All other documents, e.g. birth certificate for unmarried persons, marriage certificate for married persons, death certificate of the spouse for widowed persons, etc., are only required for the final death certificate and can be conveniently submitted to the relevant registry office after the transfer of the deceased.
If documents are missing, a provisional death certificate will be issued by the registry office, which can be used to transfer the body to England without any problems.
